i remembered her as an elegant and reserved lady who shared her passion for plants and flowers with my mother. My sister calls her “Auntie”, which I am not comfortable with because her family was not really a relative of ours, so I just call her “Nang” or “Nang Sonia”.
Her Husband is also [...]

Most of the 162 participants to the RP-Japan Youth Friendship Programme 2005 were cheering and clapping of excitement (in fairness, nakakahiya *sigh*). Obvioulsy, all of us were first timers [...]

When I was working for a government agency in the Philippines way back, I used to travel often because one of the projects that I handled was focused on knowledge networking for the agricultural sector.
I experienced traveling consistently for more than 2 months to Mindanao and Visayas. I usually leave Manila on Mondays and stay in the area [...]

blog ideas

Just 4 years in the blogging world, I realized I had created and abandoned a lot of my personal blogs. I remembered fumbling with my first blog-in terms of design, write up, pix upload etc. It was both exciting and stressful but it was my refuge in times when I had no one to share my pains and heartaches.
